Configure Ports and conection from out the server with user webrowsers.

Hello, I am trying to configure qliksense so that users can access it externally from their browsers without connecting to the VPN.
We have opened the ports of the router and linked a DNS so that it connects with the server but it gives me this problem that I attach.

400

Bad Request

The http request header is incorrect.

Do you know why is it happening? What I have to configure so I can authenticate and use qlik sense from their browsers?
