Connection not found Error

Hi I am new to Qlik and I might need your guidance.

I am trying to execute a load script ( from an already created and working app) on build environment.

How ever I am getting the following error.

The following error occurred:
Connection not found: XXconnectionnameXX
 The error occurred here:table_name:

FROM [lib://XXconnectionnameXX/1.QVD/1.Extract/xls_XX_ServicePacks.qvd]
(qvd)

. The person  who handled this folder can still load the script without errors (This person has admin rights). But I am still not able to and the XXconnectionnameXX - is owned by a different team/department. Should I request access from the other team/ department to load the data.

Thanks

Yes, you should. You probably don't have access to this connection. This is Qlik Sense on-prem right?
