Connector connect error: Invalid custom connector

Hello community, I made the update of qlik sense of the latest version and the installation on my pc, it turns out that now I can not load the data because it gives me connection problem in my account this new version only shows me 3 types of connection

I have solved the problem, it happens that the application had installed it with another user, so I had to copy the data of that user to my personal user.

Now the problem is that the problem is in the memory, but the accounts are corrected and validated. What should this error be?
