I have a client who is unable to view the Open Exploration Menu and view full screen of the charts in Qlik Sense's container even with the touch screen turned off. Has anyone resolved this issue yet?

Hello @loocm is the customer doing right click into the visualization inside a container and then, selecting the visualization they want to view in full mode? Please check the attached gif 🙂 If not working on your side, could you please let me know which version of Qlik Sense are they running on? Thanks 😊

Yes, the client was doing what was shown in the gif. The Open Exploration Menu and view full screen of the charts options were not shown. They are using April 2020 patch 3 release.
