Count between dates for and group for each date

Hello All,

Have a data set

AcctID, DateIn,DateOut

A,1/1/2021,1/3/2021

B,1/2/2021,1/3/2021

I would like to be able to transform the table to assign the account to a date for every date 

Example Output:

Date Account ID

1/1  A

1/2 A

1/2 B

1/3 A

1/3 B

Then I could do counts by date.

Advice to build this. My date range would be set as Min-Variable and Max today
