Count distinct in visual

Hi all,

I have been working with Power BI but at my new job we are using Qlik Sense and I am struggling to figure it out. 

I would like to create a visual that displays distinct order numbers from a dataset that contains data per line item, i e a unique order number will be shown in several lines if more than one product is ordered.  However, when I create a visual only Count, Average etc is available. I am struggling to understand why this isn't readily available, since there must be many business customers with similar order data. 

Is there a way to do this?

Yeah, but where do I enter this? In the visual I can only select these aggregations:

I'm not sure what that screen shot is of, but you should use that as your measure's expression, rather than using some sort of preset/wizard.
