Create Cumulative Sum for ROI chart

Hi

I am wondering how I may build a chart to show the ROI over 25 years. 

I have the Capex field which shows the total spend and I have a Benefit field that shows how much is saved per year. 

How can I show, over 25 years, the ROI. 

I need to create a cumulative sum of the Benefit, so that it adds the original figure on every year. For example, investment = 1,000,000 and the yearly Benefit = 100,000, I want to show by year 10 we would break even on a chart.

It would depend on you data model. Are the figures tide to any dates?

I would look at having the benefit field attached to a date, date once a year say 01/01/2022, 01/01/2023... Go out as far as the benefit will spread. Then make a line Chart, Dimension Year, Measure Sum(Benefit) set the modifier to accumulation. Then set the investment as the reference line.
