Create New Connection Button Disable (QlikSense)

Hello,

I installed QlikSense version November 2017, but when i create a new app and open data editor the button to create a new connection appears disabled. The user has full permissions, and restart all services, reinstall Sense, but remains the same. Any ideas? Thank you so much!

I am having the same problem too.   Has anyone figured out how to resolve this ?   If so, please let us know.
