Hi,
I am trying to create a pivot table based of transactional data grouped by category type. So I have transactional data, with Date, Details (text), Amount and Category. There are about a dozen categories or so.
My Desired outcome is something like the below:
Category 1 | Category 2 | ||||
Date | Details | Amount | Date | Details | Amount |
Can anyone help?
Kind regards,
J
It is not possible to create a non-aggregated table or pivot table in Qlik. Content will automatically be aggregated per the object's dimensions. If you want to avoid aggregation, add a dimension that will be unique per row, either from the actual data or using something like RowNo()/RecNo() in the load script.
Thanks Or for confirming, is there another way to get to my desired outcome?
Is the aggregation the problem here, or do you just want to have a one list for each category? If it is the latter, maybe a trellis container with a Pivot table could work?
