Vizlib toolbar selection criteria - extending it to other sheets in other apps.

I have created one solution for this, so if we select any system this blue open button will be updated with the link. So it redirects it to the dashboard page. But now I want one more toolbar where it updates the further sheets according to the system.  Is there any solution to do that? Like if I select AP8 then we get further options with updated link for 3 other sheets? What is the best available solution? which functionality should I take?
