hi all,
what I want to do; Detecting calls forwarded to a different agent group without being transferred to IVR by entering the call's 1001,1002,1003 VDNs.
VDNs I want to track (dispvdn): 10001,10002,10003
IVR Transfer number (dispvdn):10010
Agent Transfer group number (dialed_num): 20002. Table dimensions are as follows;
calling_pty,
firstvdn,
dispvdn,
dialed_num,
start_date,
end_date,
callid(uniqueid),
anslogin,
origlogin,
transferred
dispsplit.
accordingly; 12121212 call with callid does not meet the criteria. However, the call 12131215 provides. how can i get this.
