Cumulative Count of Employees for Time, Department Dimensions

Hi Everybody,

I have a situation as below. Please provide your suggestion.
Ultimate goal is to create a Employee Attrition for a TimeSeries and Department levels.

Got a employee data since 1990 in the Fact table. Customer is interested to see Attrition between 2015 and 2019(For Year, Quarter, Month & all Departments levels).
Have created 2 charts, 1. Attrition by Time Series for last 5Years 2. Attrition by Departments

I have used Rangecount() function(In Chart) to calculate cumulative employees. But when I limit the chart to show only 2015-2019 the Rangecount is picking data from 2015. How do i ensure prior to 2015 numbers are calculated. All employees from 1990 to 2014 should be added up to 2015 so that I can consume in charts..

How can i generate cummulative employees for Year, Quarter, Month and Departments.
