Custom Production hours data

Hi All,

I need to create report, where we have custom production hours like from  Day1 7:00am to Day 2 6:59am.

When user selects a specific day, user should be able to see data for 1 production day  

like : day 1 is selected, user visualize below data

6-7 am, 7-8am, 8-9am....... 4-5am(day2), 5-6am (day2)  in same order

Any help or ideas would be really helpful
