Custom table with measures - in Qlik Sense

What I would like to do:

A set of measures to be displayed in a tabular format. Each row represents a group of measures and columns represent the different measures. Below I have attached a sample mockup for reference.

If I understand correctly, you want to make different row valued expressions based of something you can edit outside Qlik Sense

I am trying to present a different measure in each cell of a straight table. Is there a way to acheive this ?
