Dear Team,
One of our customer facing an issue while using dashboards in Vizlib. Attaching the error for reference.
Once the user visit the VizLib.com and refresh, the error disappears.
Please note that, users do not have any restrictions to reach the vendor websites from proxy, and still getting this error time to time.
Also note that, once this error resolved by visiting the vendor website, this error does not appear for the rest of the day and it usually appears on the first usage of the day (but not always).
Kindly help to sort out this error.
