Hi Under data manager - Edit table option - If i want to add a new column - Calculated column - Under the expression can i use a IF statement like

IF(Yearlyincome>8000 and Yearlyincome<=31000,1,0)

If i use this am getting an error "Missing right paranthesis"

Is it allowed to use IF with AND inside the calculated field under Datamanager edit table options?

Kindly help.

Hi,

Looks like it is not allowed to use AND, OR inside the Calculated field.

You can use Bucket card instead in Data Manager. Check below Qlik help link.
