Date variable

I want a variable that stores a dynamic date of 31st March and the year should be the current year.

In 2021 my variable should store - 31-03-21

In 2034 my variable should store - 31-03-34.

Please help.

vDate = Date(MakeDate(Year(Today(),3,31),'DD-MM-YY')
