Date with time in filtering pane

Hello,

is it possible to filter dates in filter pane when i have dates with time?

This is my time format:

And my filter looks like this (when i change display format to YYYY-MM-DD):

But i want my filter looks like this:

Is it possible to filter it by some expression? My data are colected from database so i'm unable to change the structure of them.
