Do you mean you load the data today. Then tomorrow when you load from the same source, you want to flag any rows where the date columns has changed from the previous load? To do this with only Qlik Sense, you would need to store the data in a QVD and compare the incoming data with the data you stored the day before.
It's possible you could do this at the source instead. What is your data source?
