Different Unit of measure conversion - help required

Hi All,

I need  some suggestions to implement the below requirement for UOM conversion for different units . 

I have a transactional data which has Quantity with different UOMs and need to create the other 3 (highlighted) fields in order to get all the quantities in Tone, KG and Ltr as a different KPIs.

Now, I have another table which has unit of conversion value based on each Material, basically have to multiply the Quantity by Numer/Denom value based on BASE_UOM from below table.

My question is how do I pick the conversion factor (Numer/Denom) from 2nd table based on Material and UOM.
