Dimension name not showing completely on horizontal bar chart (Qlik Sense)

Dimension name not showing completely on horizontal bar chart .  Looks like this issue may be resolve in Qlik View (by Ctrl + Shift) but not in Qlik Sense.

1. My Horizontal bar chart has a longer dimension name, can we move the axis across right hand side?  I am ok to narrow down the bar area.
   
2. Is anyway we can make the dimension name start from the left? (like below function from excel)

You can move the labels to the right hand side under Y-axis, Position > Right

Yes, we can but stakeholder get use to read the content from left to right hence thay prefer the name is on the left.
It still not resolves to show more 'number of character' display. The bar taken too much space and wonder if we can shorten the area from there.
