Disclaimer as ribbon

Hi, 

I am working on my Qlik Saas dashboard and can I do something where if someone clicks on a button for disclaimer, a ribbon type comes and goes away after it is closed. I have space limitation on my dashboard and if I remove the disclaimer, I can give that space to the charts and the visibility of the data could be more. 

Please someone could suggest ?

Only thing i can suggest is either adding it to the sheet title, Chart title or a Custom Tooltip.

Cant to chart title or sheet title, it leaves less space for the charts then. Do you have any other option ?
