Display top 10 ranks

I have tried this expression but it's not displaying top 10,

=Aggr(If(rank(Sum(Sales))<=10, State), State)

Its displaying state names instead of rank.

Why don't you just use the inbuilt limitation options in the dimension?

Inbuilt function was showing for other tables, but it wasn't showing for this table. How come so ?
