Hi all,
I have created the below pivot table:
now I am trying to do insert KPI that will show the value of Salaries & Additional Support divided by Casual Team.
I use the below expression:
sum({$<Grouping={'Salaries & Additional Support'}>} AMOUNT )/
sum({$<Grouping={'Casual Team'}>} AMOUNT )
but the results in incorrect.
Could someone more experienced help with this?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
thanks,
Leszek
What do you get vs. what do you want?
Are you not getting -0.11821
I get - 0.305217 but should get 20408/185102 = -0.11025
Have you tried these in the KPI alone
1) Do you get 20408
sum({$<Grouping={'Salaries & Additional Support'}>} AMOUNT)
2) Do you get 185102
sum({$<Grouping={'Casual Team'}>} AMOUNT)
I have realised what the problem was, there is "Casual Staff" under the COS Type too, so the expression was calcualting sum of these both. I have renamed it and it works now.
Thank you for your help and sorry for the trouble.
Awesome, please close the thread now.
Best,
Sunny
Thank you Sunny.
