Drill down functionality not behaving as expected

Hi all,

The drill down functionality is not behaving as I expected from watching videos and reading documentations. I have columns for Country, State, City, County, and Zipcode and sum of sales as my measure (Pivot Table). I have it set up in the drill down dimension section in Qlik Sense so that it is ordered in the aforementioned above. 

Issue - When I drill down on Country, lets say USA, it will skip state and take me directly to County (the end users will be confused at this point). Other cases, I will select Country (USA) and it will take me directly to Zipcode neglecting the other levels that the hierarchy is set up on. I have tried re-creating these drill down functionality but no luck. When I run a similar query in SQL it works perfectly fine. 

Any thoughts?

try revisit your drill dimension and data

I have and all my dimensions are in proper order. Correct me if I'm wrong but after some research, it explains Qlik Sense behaves in a way so that if there is a single value tied to a hierarchy it will go to the lowest level of the drill down. Is there any work around this?
