Dynamic LookUp function

I have attached an image and you can see the columns - Version, Release Date these are static columns and won't change but from A11212022 to A03272023 columns are manually added from the month of November 2022 on each date when I run the report. A11212022 meant 11th November 2022 and same format for all other columns.

You can also observe that - On the date of A11212022, you can see “A” is mentioned for version 2241 and “A-1” is mentioned for version 2238 and “A-2” mentioned for the version 2233, and

On the date of A01032023, you can see “A” is mentioned for version 2245 and “A-1” is mentioned for version 2241 and “A-2” mentioned for the version 2238, and so on.

Now the challenge is every month whenever I start generating a report, I will look if any new versions are released, if yes then will add a new row before 2309 (There is no problem in adding a row manually every month or whenever it releases)  and will add a new column (the problem is only with this step ->)) with that date of the report for example A04032023. and mark the latest version as "A" and version 2309 will be marked as "A-1".

For example as of 03272023, 2309 is the latest version so I marked it as "A" in the manually added column A03272023 and if for example a new version 2313 is released then in the manually added column A04032023 will mark 2313 as "A" and 2309 as "A-1" and 2305 as "A-2".  so each time whenever a new version is released I have to manually edit the QlikSense script and add this field A04032023 in the script and will do the look up using lookup() formula like will do a conditional lookup if report date is equal to Right(A04032023,8). by this the previous week report data is not impacted.

I want this step to automated where I want to keep only 1 column after Release Date and based on the Release Date, can it the above process of adding column will be automated is my QUERY?
