Eliminate first row and first column from Excel while loading data in Qlik sense

I have an excel below.

 I want to remove or Eliminate F1 column and row GPSE Compliance Dashboard row and load the rest of fields and values in Qlik sense.

      Please provide the script.

When you are using the load interface you can change the header size

I am loading the data from weblife and don't get the options. How to modify in the script?
