Email server for Qlik Sense SaaS

After provided the the SMTP, port, security, sender email and password information. The email test was failed, my IT team told me that it might due to the IP address of Qlik which use for sending email. Therefore they would know if I can provide them the IP addresss(s) for white listing? May I know which IP address I should white list?

Can you please let me know what error message you get and which email provider you are using?
