Hi,

I'm new to Qlik sense and need to Email a chart of a dashboard. Does Email user who receive need to have a qlik sense account???

Moreover need to send alerts to users relevant to particular dashboard . Does the alert receivers need to have qlik accounts or can we send it to any Email user???

Hello all @nuwanhwb87 and @luis_24, I have now checked with my tenant and did some testing, if you want to share any dashboard with any user, that user does not need to have any SaaS cloud account, you can just right click the dashboard you want to share and then share by email and type any email. For alerting, in that case, the user would need to have access to the app to be able to open the alert that then goes to the selected Dashboard. I also checked a recent feature that has been included in Qlik SaaS called "Qlik Application Automation" where you can configure App automation, sending emails with X conditions, sending attachments and so on.
