Enterprise Qlik Sense and MS Access DB data load error

Using up to date Qlik Sense Enterprise edition, I have a connection to a MS Access DB, Connection is good but if someone is logged onto the Access DB it is locked and you cannot run a data reload. If no one is logged on, the data reload runs fine, If some one is logged on you receive the error " Access DB Unavailible". Iam beginning to think that data reloads will just need to be run during off end user hours, i.e 12 midninght, 12 noon during lunch? Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

This is Access database locking system.  You can engage DBA to help.  The easy way is to use excel to load the data from Access while a user login Access.  Qlik Sense is like excel, a client for Access file.  So this way can help to easily troubleshoot.
