Error 404 - Not Found

We were trying to accomplish the external access Qlik Sense Server here at work, without success.
In qmc , on the Proxi , we saw the virtual proxy option and put a name " biprixsense " .
Entering the tool again , we encounter this error:
Error 404 - Not Found

Now I can not do anything else. I can not enter the qmc or hub without presenting this message .
What should I do?
Eiste any file you can configure manually and get back what was before putting the virtual proxy?

Thanks for the tip , but had already consulted this tutorial and I could not make progress.
I am sending the log. Maybe you can help me looking the error.
