Error Qlik Sense server WS 2008 R2 x64

Hi community,

I've installed Qlik sense server (Qlik_Sense_x64setup and QlikDeploymentConsole_x64)
successfully in WS 2008 R2 Standard x64. But for some reason not all the
services are running. Well just one is not running “Qlik Sense Repository Database” which depends from other 3
services “Qlik Sense Engine Service”, “Qlik Sense Proxy Service” and “Qlik
Sense Scheduler Service” (those ones are running properly).

When I try to start the service task manually it shows the next message:

• The Qlik Sense Repository Database service on Local
  Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are
  not in use by other services or programs. (Not a really useful tip)

Well then I went to Event Viewer and I saw this:

Error PostgreSQL: The following information was included with the event

PANIC: could not open the control file <<global/pg_control>>: Permission denied.

I am using a proper Admin account and don’t know how to solve that. Please
help.
