Error Saving App / Write Failed

A user lost work because the app failed to save in their work stream.  The log shows the following.  What's a possible cause?

Command=Reload app;Result=-128;ResultText=Error: Internal error

Command=Doc:: DoSave;Result=9000;ResultText=Error: Write Failed

Command=Doc:: DoSave;Result=9000;ResultText=Error: Write Failed

Command=Reload app;Result=15;ResultText=Information: Request aborted

I'm also faced the same with doSave()

is there any explanation - what is wrong and how to solve it?

I found no solution but possible theory is that your environment is low on resources

Is there any progress on this issue? We are getting this error on one of the rim nodes. This error is seen in the engine service in the event logs. The service starts and then stops automatically.

Are you saying the engine restarts when you try to save an app? I'd say you should contact Qlik support in this case.
