Hi expert

I have this error and can not acces from external acces but i can do it local in the server

my user have licence in qmc assigned(my user is Intermedia) and i try with other user and have the same result

what could be? what other check i have to do it?

You probably have an issue with web socket origin whitelist, or you are trying to access Qlik Sense using a device with a self-signed certificate that doesn't like self-signed certificates and it's disconnecting the web socket.

Make sure your websocket white list is filled out in virtual proxy configuration and see if that resolves your issue.

Try putting the IP of the machine that has the Qlik Sense Server.

Example, if the machine IP is 192.168.100.1 put this IP on the whitelist, and keep the externa address as well.
