Error in Community view for some links says -You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource

While going through some of the posts in the Qlik community I am seeing the below errors while opening some links which were posted in the forum.

Could you please let me know what the issue is and why is this restricted?

You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
