Mohammad, kindly delete the zip file of extension from the server and again paste it.. if this doesn't work then you need to create the same chart once again.

I do not have access to server to delete the extension folder. However I deleted the chart from dashboard and rebuild again...it solves the issue.
But, the same extension is being used by another dashboard, that is not throwing any error.
Is that possible? Random behavior.

cool May be the issue in your chart i think ..
Yes this is common.. same chart wont give u issue in other dashboard... Just see to it that all the extensions are saved before opening that App.
