Error while create a new connection (office 365 Sharepoint Metadata)

Hi I'm trying to create a connection from Qlik Sense to access the Sharepoint URL. When I tried to create I'm facing the issue, 

Status: Awaiting authentication...

Error retrieving the URL to authenticate: ENCRYPTION_KEY_MISSING - you must manually set an encryption key before creating new connections.

I checked this error and tried to run the below command ? 

cd C:\Program Files\Common Files\Qlik\Custom Data\QvWebStorageProviderConnectorPackage

(when I tried to run this command in the path C:\Users\QvService\AppData\Roaming\Qlik\QwcKeys\ nothing changes)

Even File modified date showing older date. 

Please suggest.

Hi @steeefan Sorry my bad. Its moving into next step. 

Step 1: After giving the URL, its asking for credential. Once I choose the account. 

Its asking for Approval required connector.qlik.com.

What it means ?

Quick Question : Shall I need to install Qlik Connector in the Qlik Server ?

No, there is nothing else to install. All the required connectors are now integrated into Qlik Sense directly.

What is "asking for Approval required connector.qlik.com"? After selecting an account, you will be redirected to connector.qlik.com where you should receive an auth. code that you need to copy to the connector in Qlik Sense. So yes, your browser must be allowed to open https://connector.qlik.com/auth/oauth/v3.htm.

Hi @steeefan  No. Below is the error I'm facing. 

There was a problem authenticating with the connector, further information is listed below:

error = access_denied
error_subcode = cancel
error_description = AADSTS65004: User declined to consent to access the app.

It seems that you somewhere clicked a button labeled "Cancel", "Deny" or anything with such a meaning. It might also have been a timeout.

Anyways, it seems that the auth. process is working correctly but that you did not fully complete it. Please try again from the top of the manual.

Hi @steeefan Oh. you mean from the first step? 

Actually I giving my URL, its taking to next step for choosing account. In that page, I'm giving my email Id and then its taking to another page like approval. 

test.com.qa (my email Id)

Approval required

connector.qlik.com

Below asking for justification. I gave some comments and click on Request approval.  Then next page is taking and showing Request Pending.

If I'm not seeing what's happening in screenshots, I'm feeling more and more unable to help you. This is what I'm doing:

1. Base URL: "https://company.sharepoint.com/"
2. Tenant: Leave as is ("common")
3. Prompt / consent level: "select_account"
4. Click on "Authenticate"
5. Select user / Login with O365 user ("Sign in to your account", login.microsoftonline.com)
6. Redirect to connector.qlik.com where I'm presented with an authentication code
7. Click on "Copy to clipboard"
8. Go back to Qlik Sense
9. Paste code into the field "Complete authentication with ..."
10. Click "Verify"
11. It then shows: Account details, Status: authenticated

Hi @steeefan  I tried again from the beginning but same error :(. 

Yes Till step 5 fine. There its asking email, then I'm giving the username. Its showing for Approval page only.
