Excel export Options

Hi Team, 

I am very new to Qlik.

Can you please confirm below questions regarding excel export option of published dashboard, which is available for user?

I know we can export individual views to excel but how about the below

1. Can we format the data we are exporting to excel in certain format? Like deleting, adding or highlighting or limiting the data?

2. Can we export the entire data set of the dashboard to excel from a dashboard?

3. This is not relevant to export option, but asking here. Can we add comments on dashboard anywhere. Basically if user wanted to add some notes of their analysis, is it possible?

Please refer any video link if available explaining all export options, so that i can see visually how it looks.

as i think your are talkign about Qlik cloud:

What i normaly do is to create a details sheets, with lots of filters and a table with all fields, so user can filter and then export filtered data to excel.

Adding to the previous answer :

1. You can modify the table you need before the export : 

In the above screenshot I first load the data normally before loading it with conditions for the export. So using this you can modify field name or content, filter table... To alter an existing excel file, you can load it into Qlik, concatenate or filter the table before re exporting it. 

Note that following the Store function docu, it seems impossible to export directly in xlsx. See : Store | Aide QlikView

It can be done from the dashboard however. Rigth-clicking on a graph, you can export its data into Pdf, jpg or xlsx.

Thank for the reply. I am sure that we can export the data into excel from individual graphs. 

Is it possible to export the entire dashboard data into excel. 

In the below screen shot, we have two options on right top corner, Search button and export option 

Can you please confirm what are the options available in that export option.

I can't find those two button anywhere on Qlik Sense SaaS or Desktop.

However if you really need to, you can explore Qlik Automation wich allows you to do that.
