Export to Excel issue

Hi all,

One qlik user reported issue when she tried to export data from dashboard to Excel.

Before update qlik, the following box should pop up:

But after update, the following box pop up:

 And the downloaded excel could not be opened:

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hi May be issue is  below 

Disable protected mode in Excel: If Excel itself is set to open files in protected mode by default, you can try disabling this setting. Open Excel, go to the File menu, click on Options, and then select Trust Center. In the Trust Center settings, choose Protected View and uncheck the options related to enabling protected view for files originating from the internet or other locations.
