Export to PDF or Image not working

Hi, I am trying to export a sheet to PDF or Image and the window keep loading and it never finish.

I get no error.

I have to say that Data Export works.

Please help me.

Hi, @y_grynechko . Sorry, I am new on Qlik Sense and i am working in sheets that i haven't develop myself, so i really don't know what you are talking about.

Hi. No, i don't get that message. It keeps loading. I attach screenshot of what i am telling to you.

If using Chrome, if you press F12 and try to reproduce, do you see any error in the "Console" tab??

Hi @NadiaB , no i get no message in the console tab. But i checked the Network tab

and i see some "requests" like http://127.0.0.1/printing/export/request/status?requestId=f8c2d701-0175-4d5c-9182-42a5d3f04283. They repeat constantly and they have the following response:  

{"status":"Processing","error":null}

 I'm lost.

You might need to open a support case, I see different scenarios that can cause this problem, could you verify if this helps?

Can you guys give me some more detail about this solution?

I have the exactly same problem. What i've already tried:

  • Updated the Qlik Sense version to the latest version/release;
  • Updated WCF Services (.NET);
  • Reloaded the services;
  • Reloaded the Qlik Sense Server.

I have no idea about what should i change on policy group to get the pdf exporting working!
