Export to image/pdf not working - Qliksense 3.1

Hi,

I was trying to export the visualization as an image/pdf in Qliksense 3.1, its just showing 'in progress' circle, showing no result. sharing the sample qvf file here.

Can you guys give me some more detail about this solution?

I have the exactly same problem. What i've already tried:

• Updated the Qlik Sense version to the latest version/release;
• Updated WCF Services (.NET);
• Reloaded the services;
• Reloaded the Qlik Sense Server.

I have no idea about what should i change on policy group to get the pdf exporting working!

Hi TomKogut,

Are you running Qlik Sense 3.1?
Qlik Sense Desktop?
If not, I would suggest you to create a new thread for this problem.

No, I'm running a Qlik Sense Server November 2019 on the SR4 release, but seems to be the exaclty same problem.

I'll open a new thread anyway
