Exporting Data

Hello Everyone,

I was curious as to what the options are for exporting large data sets. The default is an Excel workbook, which is limited. Is there a way to export to CSV, or another option if the data set is >1M? I am using Qlik Sense.

Thanks,

Bob

Hop it helps to get a big picture.

Good luck !

Qlik Sense doesn't have an option to export to CSV like Qlik View does. I need a visualization to export, so I don't think I can use STORE in the load script. It is really weird to me that a big data tool doesn't have an easy way to export a large amount of data.

Generally, if you need 1MM rows of data, then the organization will generally let you have access to the source data.

This is all 1st party data from multiple sources. I run complex formulas and queries on the data, inside these visualizations. I just need to export them out. Exporting my source data isn't the issue, I can do that from our warehouse directly. Exporting my desired output from Qlik, when it is a large data set is the issue. Just confused as to why an Excel Workbook is the default, and not a CSV. Looking for options.......
