Extension import failed

Hey,

I'm trying to import extension to QMC and it shows the message :“Failed to import extensions. Please check the log file.”

anyone know how to solve it?

got this for example :

1. Could not find a part of the path.↵↓ZIP file error at System.IO.

2.Error when preparing log file 'C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Proxy\Trace\QV01_Performance_Proxy_2022-03-14T03.25.50Z.log' for archiving The process cannot access the file '\\QV01\QlikShare\ArchivedLogs\qv01.yenon.co.il\Proxy\Trace\QV01_Performance_Proxy_2022-03-14T03.25.50Z.log' because it is being used by another process. at System.IO.

3.Duplicate extension (the extension already exists or occurs more than once in the ZIP file): Themepark - Colorpack

hey @Seanog_Murphy , thanks for your reply.

already saw the link you add but not sure how to solve them, for example :

  • The compressed file has the wrong format.
  • The zip file contains invalid files.
  • The extension password is incorrect.

Di you try to use different browsers like IE, Chrome, Edge, .....?
Is it failing in all those browsers?

yes, get the same message in all browsers

Have you tried other extensions or is it only one that is causing issues?

@BarPinto Perhaps the logs will give us more detail. Can you please check the logs here:
C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Repository\Trace\SERVERNAME_System_Repository.txt
C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Engine\trace\SERVERNAME_System_Engine.txt
