I received the below message when I open the Qlik Sense Desktop. It was no problem yesterday, how can I resolve this issue? IT looks like a few users encountered the issue but no solutions found in the community group.

First of all, have you a Qlik Sense Server that can autheticate users (Enterprise or Business SaaS)?
From 14th July Desktop version is not free anymore:

Yes I am aware of that.
I click in the Log in link, it will prompt the same error msg instead of prompting for login and password
I have (Enterprise or Business SaaS) how I can make it authenticate my desktop version
