Failed to install qlik sense

Hi, i am struggling to install my Qlik desktop app, it keeps saying Installation failed, for detailed information see log file and i do not understand what is happening in the log file. please assist

Without seeing the installation log files, it's difficult to determine.

You can upload the log files here, if you'd like (just make sure to edit out sensitive information)

there are no log files in the zip, only icon files.
