'Failed to load properties. No data found' - error when trying to manually sync to AD

Hi all,

I am trying to manually sync our AD user directory connector but when I do I get an error message that says 'Failed to load properties. No data found'.  

Searching for this error, the only results that come up are from 2016 about people who are were trying to update an app.  The solution was to use qliksense version 3.0.

We are on version 12.5.5

How do I resolve this issue so I can sync to AD?

Hi @mesham if this was working as designed before and lost the connection recently could be due to some changes in properties in directory side

Or a alternate way is to test the same with some other tools https://petri.com/test-connectivity-to-an-active-directory-domain-controller-from-pc
