Failed to login Desktop

Hi,

After registration, I launched QS Desktop and clicked "Login with Qlik Account"

Message "Please wait" appeared for  a few moment and then disappeared.

At the end, only "Back" button left. But I still cannot login QS Desktop.

Hi @cherylyip 

You need to be the admin of Qlik Sense to generate the authentication link in Qlik Sense Enterprise. Reach out to your admin for assistance with generating the authentication link in Qlik Sense enterprise. 

Follow the steps here: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Configuring-Qlik-Sense-Desktop-authentication-link/ta-p/1715... 

Make sure that you have  Professional license allocated to access the Qlik sense desktop.

FYI: 

 

If you encounter any further issues, please confirm the version of Desktop along with the authentication method used.

hi,

Please clear all cache in the Chrome browser.
backup & delete QlikSenseBrowser.ini in the below path try again from fresh by reloging in with proper credentials 
\Documents\Qlik\Sense

I cannot find the folder \Documents\Qlik\Sense

neither the file QlikSenseBrowser.ini

 

I tried to login Qlik Sense Desktop with authentication link, but I cannot find Tool from Profile menu. 

I only found Personal Information and Password & Security.
