Failed to open selected hub

Error message "Failed to open selected Hub" in qlik Sense desktop. I can enter in qlik Sense cloud but I can't in qlik Sense desktop. I have tried everything... Some help? What should I do?

You can resolve this error in the following ways: If your test does not require a specific Selenium JAR version or Appium version, do not set the browserstack.
