Februar 2019 patch update failed after upgrade

Qlik Sense February 2019 update patch failed

Hello,

I have just upgraded to Qlik sense February 2019 and the upgrade was succesffull but when I tried to add the patch I received the error below and the log is also below.

Please any ideas?
