Fill bottom 25% of the background color in a button

Got a requirement to fill only bottom 25% of background color to red.

Go with extension, Vizlib KPI has this feasible

If that is the case, So far my knowledge there is nothing like that but you can do workaround using line chart with area plot like this

Create Line chart -- Add Dimension -- Add Measure -- Remove X-axis and Y-axis label then change the layout in presentation of area layer may give some more clarity
